We don't use chemical fats, artificial
preservatives or colours, added gluten powder or soya flour in our breads. (Just take a look at the long list of ingredients in a
factory-produced loaf of bread!)
Good things take time... that's
why our bakers start just after midnight, to ensure the doughs have all the time
they need to rise, rest and proof.
